Grease

Our liquid thickners are excellent thickening agent for greases and imparts the following attractive properties: water resistance, extremely high dropping point, and no significant loss of lubricating properties on long term exposure to heat.

So far general filler for lubricants has been silicone dioxides, and it has greater affinity for water than for oil. This is disadvantageous for lubricant manufacture, as the grease containing silicon dioxide will tend to break down or lose its rigidity in the presence of water which cause separation of two phases. Such greases hence are not suitable for use under the conditions where Water is possible to be encountered.
